Bond was never known for his physique until Daniel Craig signed on to the series. Its the kind of body that makes women take thier clothes off in lust and men put their clothes on in shameful envy. If you share the feeling then it maybe time you got on board and shape your pecs like that of her Majesty's humble agent. We published the Daniel Craig Workout Plan recently, however his physique is a result of both vigorous exercise and a healthy diet. His diet though not strict, was flexible enough to commit to and intense enough to provide drastic results. He avoided refined carbs (i.e. simple sugars) after 2 in the afternoon and denied himself any starch carbs such as potatoes, rice or white bread after 5 in the evening. Each day he ensured he consumed at least 2 portions of fruits and had a minimum amount of 2 litres of water. In addition to that, he followed every workout with a small snack to recuperate all the burnt energy. This was to also help him increase and maintain a high metabolism rate. The diet becomes more realistic with the small amounts of alcohol he treated himself to every weekend. What is a diet if you can't enjoy a cool beer now and again. His diet for the day would include.... Breakfast Breakfast would usually comprise of poached eggs and toast. He would have two of each. Snack His after workout snacks were light and simple. It was either a protein shake or fruits and nuts. Lunch His lunches were always the most elaborate meal of the day. It usually consisted of meat or fish accompanied by a small portion or rice or baked potato. Brown rice is a preference over white rice. Snack Protein shakes were was more often then not his snack of choice but he often added variety by having yogurt or nuts. Dinner He never had a heavy dinner. His dinner almost always comprised of some meat or fish accompanied by greens such as salad, spinach or broccoli. |
