Daniel's plan has been an intense mix of muscle building and fat-burning routines that pushes every part of his body on edge.


Monday - Monday morning is all about waking up all your body parts. Its been a long weekend and the fellas need a shake down.

10 Reps x 3 Sets for each workout

Clean and Press

Weighted Keen Raise

Weighted Step Up

Pullups

Incline Pushups

Tricep Dips


Tuesday - Time to focus on your pectorals and your back

10 Reps x 3 Sets for each workout

Incline Benchpress

Pullup

Incline Pushups

Incline Pec Flys


Wednesday -  Legs

10 Reps x 4 Sets for each workout

Squats

Straight Leg Deadlifts

Hamstring Curl

Weighted Lunges


Thursday - Arms and Shoulders

10 Reps x 3 Sets for each workout

Incline Bicep Curls

Tricep Dips

Lateral Raises

Shoulder Presses


Friday - Full Body

10 Reps x 3 Sets for each workout

Clean and Press

Weighted Keen Raise

Weighted Step Up

Pullups

Incline Pushups

Tricep Dips


Saturday & Sunday

Give your body time to recover and rebuild your muscles. In the mean time do some light stretching and cardio.
