Yogurt with Berries, Almonds and Pistachio Combo

Yogurt with berries, almonds and pistachio combo. All a guy needs is both his nuts.


Serving : 1

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 ½ cup of fresh berries ( a mixture of berries would be ideal)
  • 1 oat cracker (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey together.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
