Pizza lovers in America received a treat at the start of the week when an online-error forced Domino's to give out 11,000 free pizzas. Domino's had planned an online promotional campaign in December which never materialized. The code from the campaign however remained in their system which allowed a customer to get a free medium pizza by typing 'Bailout' into the promo code box. Word quickly spread Monday night through the web with a mass tirade of pizza orders coming in. The error was fixed by Tuesday morning but the damage was done with 11,000 free pizzas given out.
