Beer Used To Explode Rats
Written by Anchorman

Former boxer Stephen L. Tvedten has come out with a list of 2800 better ways to kill pests other then using pesticide. His list uses knowledge on insect biology to find alternative methods to household pesticides which he says are both dangerous to people and the environment.

The list uses alternative methods to kill pests that don't require toxic chemicals. Tvedten believed that the use of pesticides were both ineffective and harmful in the long-term and hopes that his list can help phase out the use of common insecticides.

One particular example involves using beer to kill rats. Tvedten's says to fill some beer on a pan that is lightly spread with cooking oil. Rats who drink the beer will develop an internal reaction which in turn will make their stomachs explode.

Don't do it man....think of your family

This was just one of the 2800 tips along with using sweeteners as a natural poison for rodents and other insects.

Tvedten has been invited to many conferences to promote phasing out the use of toxic chemicals in homes. He is also the creater of a web encyclopedia that details his findings.
